What do we expect from you?
- You’re willing to get up early:
- Weekdays: between 3:00 AM and 8:00 AM
- Saturdays: between 4:00 AM and 10:00 AM
- You have your own motorized vehicle, preferably a car.
- You work as an independent contractor, either as your main activity or as a side activity.
- We are currently looking for delivery drivers in East Flanders, West Flanders, and Limburg.
Requirements to become a newspaper delivery driver
Anyone who is at least 18 years old can become a newspaper delivery driver, provided they are registered as an independent contractor, either as a main activity or a side activity. You must also meet one of the following conditions:
- You work at least 19 hours per week as an employee, or you are already self-employed as a main or side activity.
- Or you receive unemployment benefits and are eligible for the “springboard to self-employment” system.
- Or you are a student and at least 18 years old.
- Or you are retired.
- Or you receive disability benefits and have permission from the relevant authority to carry out a side activity as an independent contractor.
